Who is an individual entrepreneur?
Individual entrepreneur is a natural person, engaged in entrepreneurial activities without forming a legal entity, independently, without the right to hire workers on the basis of property belonging to him by right of ownership, and other proprietary rights, allowing possession and (or) use of property.

What types of activities can be engaged in individual entrepreneurs without the formation of a legal entity?
Individual entrepreneurs without the formation of a legal entity may engage in any activity not prohibited by law according to the List approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 6 of January 7, 2011.
